– Digitally flat printed on smooth white 20 lb paper, 92 Brightness
– Glued at top with chipboard backing
– Packaged in box with bubble wrap padding.

Before We Begin

In order to ensure the high-quality product and service to you, we will need a few additional details/file before we start the printing process.

– Brokerage or Personal Logo (Adobe Illustrator .EPS or .AI files OR Large High-Res JPG file)
Please contact your office admin or designer to obtain this file. You will need to provide this upon ordering through the Etsy messaging system. We will NOT accept low resolution logos downloaded from the Internet.
– Your Name and Title
– Brokerage Name, Phone, Email.

Note: If you would like different information in the bottom line, please let me know. I’m happy to accommodate. A proof of your notepads will be sent to you prior to going to print. Your approval will be required prior to sending it to print. The adhesive process takes about 4-6 hours to dry. Please allow 1-2 business days to ensure the quality of your order.
